Thanks! I am constantly reminded just how few folks even know about the pancreas, let alone the cancer type. Frankly, when I was fist DX'd I had to go home and look it up on Wikipedia. I had no idea. And unfortunately the description included the grim stats--my first true realization that it's horrendous. Everyone needs to be made aware--for their own good and the good of all. Again--thanks.

The Champaign paper carried my letter. I have purple ribbon around some trees. Hopefully someone will ask what it means. I emailed the links.
