The Bear's Birthday Party

Here are some pictures from Claire's birthday party on Sunday. She had a lot of fun running around with Sepporah, Lucas (my nephew), Olive and Ingrid (a friend's twin daughters). The kids had pizza and cupcakes, had a water balloon fight (surrounding my sister when she would emerge with more), and chased after Daniel, keeper of the bubbles... After the party, Claire and Sepporah had a little dance party for Grandma and after everyone was gone, Claire introduced her to her new favorite game -- CAMP.

Sepporah is starting coach pitch baseball summer. She is the only girl on the team. I am afraid for all the boys cause she will probably be better than all of them. She bipassed t-ball cause she said it was for sissy's. That's my girl.

CONGRATULATIONS GABE!!!! Celebrating a milestone.

Thompsons senior and Thompson Scott and Thompson Gabe spent Saturday celebrating the Graduation of Thompson Gabe (Thompson Emily was there also). We had lunch at Panera, took pictures, and then had a cycle ride in the country. This was the first father/son cycle trip. It was a proud moment. Side by side cruising along farm-land roads. The smell! Needless to say, I am proud of my son. He graduated early and has spent the last few months working full-time and learning about life in the adult lane. He is making his own way.

Before we set off to Claire's dance recital (which I SO wish we had video of) we snapped a few shots at the house. You should know that all I said was, "Let me get a couple of pictures of you," and she started posing like a pro!

Yesterday was Claire's last dance class for the season (maybe ever -- we're hoping she changes her mind though!) I didn't get the greatest photos with my phone, but you can see how happy she was. She's actually stifling a giant smile after receiving her certificate and porcelain ballerina doll.

Her recital is next week -- I'm sure we'll have more pictures then!

Tyrus Design

About 2 months ago I hired a long time friend of mine, Keith Ondra, to join Tyrus Design in attempt to help the company grow. I first approached Keith about 2 years ago with the idea, and even though he was interested he was in the process of moving so couldnt fully commit to the plan. I went ahead with the plan and started TD anyways. Well yesterday TD took a major step and joined McCarthy Consulting Group to be their exclusive web design buisness for all the companies they represent. This is a huge step for both of us and could potentially lead into a full time job for us, which is our goal. We are both very excited. We currently have 3 websites we are working on and are keeping very very busy. Just wanted to give everyone an update.
