The Front Fell Off

Trish posts:

Ryan sent this, thought it might be funny on the blog

On August 19th, 2007, an oil tanker off the coast of Australia split in two, dumping 20,000 tons of crude oil into the sea. Senator Collins, a member of the Australian Parliament, appeared on a TV news program to reassure the Australian public. The actual interview is so funny, you'd swear it was a Saturday Night Live skit.

this is actually the sketch comedy of John Clarke and Bryan Dawe made in the 90's. You can find more of their material on youtube.

so Nate...what are you saying?
Have we been duped?

yeah, follow the link to youtube and read some of the comments. Also look at the recommended videos on the side if you want to see more of their material. I'm guessing an incident did occur in the 90's where the front fell off, but this is just a funny satire of it
